The business partnering role for management accountants has seen a rapid change from that of analysis/interpretation to an integral role in decision making. This article describes the process in the Affinity Sutton Group (ASG) which is one of the biggest housing associations in the UK. The way groups work together and the role of the MA is outlined together with the resulting benefits.
