Interviewing by video is increasingly used by companies. This article warns of the problems that can arise if candidates (and organisations) are not properly prepared. The advice is to dress to impress even if the candidate is at home. Ensuring the technology is functioning and a trial in advance of the proper event is obvious, but often ignored.
