If have to manage a project i will firstly make sure i have the role players involved clearly identified and follow the steps. 

It was a good refresher on Project Management, in the view of my heavy involvement in strategic project of expansion in my company (buildig a new Clinic)

Reviewed project management, the people and stages involved. Also looked at HMM re summary reviewing terms inc critical path,rapid protyping, trade offs re quality time and cost, scope creep: which I hadn't defined before. Early milestones and full breakdown of tasks are important.

Clearer on the process and flow of a project with the check ins and updates.
